Pellets Burner and Boiler
MiniQ

Every house can benefit from investing in a pellet-fired heating system. Naturally it's a small step to replace your old oil burner with a new pellet burner and keep the old boiler, as well as installing a weekly silo which is filled with pellet sacks that are delivered on a pallet to your door.
Even greater investments via laying waterborne heating and installing a pellet boiler in a new building are financially appealing. In the latter case, the government will contribute to the cost of installing a pellet-fired heating system. Ask the energy supplier in your area for an application form.
EcoTec pellet burners can be fitted to almost all types of existing oil boilers. The burner is controlled automatically by the boiler's thermostat. A pellet silo with a feeding system is also required, which is regulated automatically by the burner. It goes without saying that we'll help you dimension the pellet silo and choose a suitable place for it to go.
The ash discharge can also be automated. This would mean minimal maintenance. The EcoTec pellet burner can use all types of pellets and works fine with pellets that contain a lot of fine material.

EcoTec BioLine 20
More compact, more efficient, more comfort.
With smaller dimensions and more design, BioLine 20 is the next generation of the market's most popular burner, the A3. The pellet burner is designed for energy needs of up to 25 kWh, which suits most houses in the Sweden of today and most of the oil boilers on today's market.

Equipped with both a new, intelligent control system and hot-air ignition.
You could say that the separately mounted PLC control panel is a small, interference free computer, an automatic device to control, regulate and monitor all the burner's functions, including pellet feeding. The display shows you in clear text what is happening. The automatic air ignition is controlled from here as well; a function which means that maintenance starting between starts is not required. The result is even better economy.

EcoTec BioLine 50
With the same patented underfeeding technology for maximum combustion and minimal maintenance, there is also the EcoTec BioLine 50 for properties with greater energy requirements. The BioLine 50 pellet burner replaces a heating requirement equivalent to 100-150,000 kWh or 10-15 m3 oil.

EcoTec Tyr pellet stove
The patented EcoTec pellet burner has been the market leader for many years thanks to its technical superiority. We've now used the technology in a modern, hot-air stove with Nordic design. Our philosophy is that our products should be easy to take care of, beautiful to look at and, above all else, economic to run. With the Tyr pellet stove, anyone with direct-acting electricity can cut their heating bill in half without needing to invest in an expensive waterborne heating system. Tyr has the capacity to heat a normal house throughout the heating season with only a few refills a week. The stove has a convection fan that divides the heat and you can light it with both pellets and wood, with controls for changing the energy requirement to day and night-time. In addition, combustion in Tyr takes place through controlled technology with optimum efficiency and environmental values that lie well below the current limit values.
The stove in the picture has its pellet silo to the left but it can also be placed to the right or on the other side of the wall.
It is also possible to build your own silo and place it on the outside of your house. The main advantage with doing this is that then you don't need to carry pellets into the house. Another advantage is that then you can build as large a silo as you want. In this way the stove can be left for a long time without being checked.

EcoTec Air 25
The EcoTec Air is a unique, patented hot-air boiler which is pellet-fuelled.
It is ideal for farms or for heating large buildings, such as engineering workshops, large storage buildings and meeting halls etc.
The boiler can quickly heat large premises up to 4000 m3 in size.

• The cost of pellets is around 40% that of oil
• Fully automatic – switches on and off independently
• Heats up quickly
• A low investment means a quick pay-off
• Low operating costs
• No risk of freezing because no water is used
• The boiler has vertical pipes and a large ash box to keep maintenance to a minimum

Boilers above 60 kW
Must be installed in a separate boiler room

Boilers below 60 kW
(Swedish rules)
The boiler can be installed in an area classed as a fire compartment* with an approved chimney. If more than one fire compartment is used, there must be insulated air ducting between the compartments.

*A fire compartment is an area where a fire can burn for a stipulated period without spreading to other areas of the building.

The combustion air can be brought in at burner height if there are no flammable liquids stored on the premises.
The combustion air can be brought in at burner height if there are no flammable liquids stored on the premises.
Buildings where the businesses use flammable materials must have a separate boiler room. The return air and the combustion air must not be brought through the premises.
If flammable liquids are stored on the premises, the combustion air and return air must be brought in at least 2 metres above the floor.

EcoTec AgroLine 20
The AgroTec burner is primarily intended for heating with oats It can also use a mix of oats, grain and pellets.
The burner is not sensitive and thus low-grade oats/grain can be used. For best results, the fuel humidity should, however, not exceed 15%.
The AgroTec burner can be docked to most boilers. The fuel is supplied via an extra screw. The most notable difference for the "boiler man", when compared to pellets, relates to ash handling. The boiler should be equipped with automatic ash discharge, connected underneath the burner or in another boiler opening. The ash can be used in the garden as it's an excellent fertiliser.
