The ventilation company Systemair AB has sold Camina AB to EcoTec Värmesystem AB. The deal was completed on the 16th August resulting in an addition to EcoTec and a refinement of operations for Systemair.
Camina develops and markets a wide range including stoves and tiled stoves. The products are marketed under the names Camina, Svenska kakelugnar and Wärmo. The offices and warehousing are located in Motala, the company has 9 employees and had a turnover of 53 million SEK over the last financial year.
EcoTec värmesystem develops and markets heating systems for pellets and solar energy for houses and larger systems up to 500kW. The company has its main office in Skene and has 17 employees. “The acquisition of Camina is a great addition to our operations”, says EcoTec’s managing director and owner Thomas Nuorimaa.
“Camina’s products are outside our core area”, says Gerald Engström, group CEO for Systemair. The sale means a refinement preceding our planned introduction to the stock exchange during the autumn.
