- All alarm parameters can be forwarded simply using the built-in GSM alarm sender.

| Cut your heating bills with an EcoTec pellet burner! |
The patented underfeeding principle forces all fuel to pass upwards through the combustion zone. This ensures that even the smallest particles are slowly forced through and combusted before the ash particles leave the burner dish. As a result, the burner is not as sensitive to chips in the pellets, which are unavoidable when the pellets are blown into the silo from a bulk tanker. The design also allows the EcoTec to work with bark pellets.
The underfeeding principle also allows for more efficient combustion of pellets in your boiler, with efficiency of up to 90-95%. Thanks to EcoTec's patented underfeeding technology, an EcoTec burner requires only minimal maintenance. |

EcoTec has supplied hundreds of systems within the 30-300 kW range. The most common solution has been to use the old boiler and convert it to use pellets. More complete solutions like in the picture above with silos for pellets and 2 x 300 kW are other alternatives.

| If you don't have a boiler room, choose our "on site" solution. |
The boiler house, which is built ready-for-use at the factory, is easy to transport and install at the customer's property. It even has an attractive design. All building documentation is also ready right from the start, which simplifies the planning permission process. This means that there is less paperwork involved in the project and construction work and fewer uncertainties surrounding the implementation and taking into use than there would be for a conventional installation.
This boiler house can be used just a few hours after it's been installed. It used to be several weeks.
The output can be selected from between 100-300 kW, which corresponds to the heating demands of more than 50 newly built houses.
The boiler house is ready to be connected directly to the customer's heating system. All we really need to know is the output required regardless of the previous heating system. |

An ash vacuum should be included as part of your order. It provides guaranteed safe and simple handling of the boiler's ash discharge. We provide a solution that simplifies ash handling and ash transportation. Down-time when emptying ash and carrying out maintenance is minimised.
It takes no time at all to suck the ash out from the boiler as you check the system.
With an ash vacuum you maintain a more work-friendly and easy handling for the people operating the system, as well as a cleaner boiler room. |

All regulation and monitoring of the pellet burner is taken care of by a PLC, a programmable and logical control unit that can also be connected to the controlling computer system for the property.
